My customer didn't receive their order email, what should I do?

If your customer did not receive their order email from Corjl, first check to see if the order was created in your Corjl account. 

If the order was created in your Corjl account and is showing in your Orders page, you can resend the customer order email using the Resend Order Email button, or you can copy the order link found in the Order Options area and send it to your customer directly in an Etsy message or in an email from your shop email address.

If the order was not created in your Corjl account and is not showing in your Orders page, you should use the Create New Order button found in the upper right on your Orders page to create a manual order for your customer, and then contact Corjl Support at support@corjl.com to alert them of the issue.
