How do I cancel a customer’s order in Corjl and receive a refund?

You can cancel an order in your Corjl account by going to your Orders tab and locating that order on the page. In the Order Options section for that order, you will see the Status section. Click on the drop-down box next to the Status section and select Cancel Order. Then click on the Change Order Status button.

If the order status before canceling was Not Opened or Incomplete, then you will automatically be refunded the transaction fee for that order. If the order status was Complete or Ready to Process, then you will need to contact the Corjl Billing Team at billing@corjl.com to request a refund.

This option is only valid for 30 days. Orders canceled after 30 days are not eligible for refunds.
