Setting Download Limits

You can set limits for how many times a design can be downloaded. Customers will see a number next to the download icon, showing how many times they have left to download.

If a customer uses all of their downloads and needs more, you can add additional downloads for them.

To add downloads for a purchased item, go to the  Orders page, locate the order and click to view the order information. Find the design(s) you want to add downloads to in the Item in Order section and click on the "pencil" icon for that design under the Downloads Left column. You will then be able to change the number of downloads for that design.

You can also set default max downloads in your Design Settings (upper RH side, under seller profile). This will automatically add your designated max downloads to any new design created. Please note that this will not change the settings in existing designs.
