My account has been canceled because of failed payments. What do I do?
When your account has been restricted or canceled due to non-payment, you can now reactivate the account by making a payment manually.
Look for an email with the subject line "NOTICE: Credit Card Payment for Corjl.com Failed".
In the email body is a button that says "Make a payment".
It looks like this:
Clicking on the "Make a payment" button will take you to an invoice page hosted by Ordway. There you can update your debit or credit card information and manually make a payment.
Once the payment is successful, your Corjl account will automatically be reactivated. Please note it can sometimes take up to 5 minutes for the account to reactivate.
If you received orders while your account was deactivated, you can create Manual Orders for those customers.
