Design, Listing & Order IDs

To help locate designs, listings and orders each are given a specific ID. Below is where they can be located.

Where can I find my design ID?

When viewing your designs in the "open designs" section select the "list view" icon to open your designs in a list. The design ID can be found in a column on the right.

Where can I find my listing ID?

The listing ID can be found in the URL when you are viewing your listing. If e-mailing support you can also send us the listing name for faster identification.

Where can I find my customer's order ID?

When you are viewing your orders' dashboard the customer's order ID can be found in a column on the right.
