I received an email saying Corjl is unable to send the order email to my customer. What should I do?

If you customer has paid using Apple Pay and opts to use the "Hide My Email" feature when paying, then Corjl is not able to send the order email to the customer's email address. Instead we are given a "dummy" email address that usually ends with "@privaterelay.appleid.com." 

When this happens, you will need to contact your customer either in a message or other manner and obtain a working email address. Once you have your customer's email address, you can find their order in your Orders page, then click on it and go to the Order Options section. Paste the customer's correct email into the Email Address section, then click on the Resend Order Email button. 

Your customer will then be able to receive their order email.

Alternately, you can copy the Order Link shown above and paste it directly into a message or conversation in your selling platform (if available) and share the link with your customer that way.
