Why can't my customers find the Bold and Italic features for fonts?
Depending on the font settings when created and the way different browsers render fonts when downloaded, certain fonts can download incorrectly when using the
Bold and
Italic features. To prevent this issue, customers do not have access to these options at this time.

However, you can log into your customer's design and bold/italicize the desired text for them. Just please make sure that the file downloads properly after the change. You can also upload and use a bold/italic version of the font (if available), or log into the order as a customer and bold or italicize the text yourself in the Designer View.
We are exploring better ways of linking the bold button to a bold typeface in the typeface family if it exists.
