Why can't my customers find the Bold and Italic features for fonts?

Depending on the font settings when created, certain fonts can download incorrectly when using the Bold and Italic feature. To prevent these issues, customers do not have access to these options at this time. If you would like to offer bolded and italicized font options for customer, you will need to offer a bold or italics version of that font (if available), or log into the order as a customer and bold or italicize the text yourself in the Designer View area.
