You have the ability to log into your customer's order to help edit or make custom changes to the design. To log into a customer's order, find the order you want to edit on your Orders page and click on the circular "arrow" icon to the far left of the order information. Scroll down to the Order Options area and click on the Login As Buyer button.
You will be logged into your customer's order. To make changes as a Designer to the order, click on the Designer View tab to the top left of the screen. Please note, changes saved while in Designer View will not save to the Customer View for the design until the customer accepts the changes and clicks the Save Changes button while logged into the order themselves.
